Human
Resources Management includes Classification, Compensation,
maintenance of the Human Resources entries into the Human Resources
Information System and Labor Relations. Human Resources Management
maintains the City's classification and compensation system
and all personnel records; processes all Personnel Action Papers;
conducts labor negotiations with the City unions, the Southwest
Police Benevolent Association (PBA) and the Dairy Conference
United States and Canada, Local Union #173, International Brotherhood
of Teamsters (Teamsters), to the mutual benefit of all parties
involved. |
