	Employment Services includes Recruiting, Support and Employee Career Development. The mission of Employment Services is to provide qualified job candidates to departments in an expeditious manner while offering career opportunities to City employees. Goal Provide City employees an avenue of career development and upward mobility and to fill vacant positions in a timely manner with the best available candidates. Objectives 1. Assist all City employees in developing their skills for career pathing. 2. Advertise in a timely and efficient manner all available positions both internally and externally.
